Gascon, thank you. I've worked with the elderly, but not yet worked with anyone with fragile thin skin. It's important to look after each other. There's too much negligence.

She live to 95, skin gets thin as we age. Around 70 you need to start be careful.

I don't senior. I was quoting another poster. She works in health care, so she says. Some people can't hardly move in the morning. I cleaned my mothers dentures everyday with polident. Then brushed them during the day, she couldn't do it. Some turn their noses up to doing that. I put gloves on and didn't mind at all. It was hard for her to take showers, I would get warm water and wash cloth and laid the cloth on her skin. If you rub at all it leaves spot. When you get older the skin is thin and you can't wash as you once did. I took the remark to heart but I should ignore ignorance. We all will be old and need help if'n we live long enough.

I've known several to die, one kidney removed, heart transplant in the works. Would it happened anyway, who knows. I'm not taking a vax that don't keep me from getting sick. It wasn't one time, two times, three times, the rest of you life. I for one passed on the vax, never got sick, no colds or flu here in 4 years, knock on wood.

I appreciate and respect the position GW took on the commissioner and dog fighting. He is to be commended for his courage and integrity. However I wish he wouldn't get in the way of folks taking another person down a notch for horrible behavior.
