It's strange, isn't it, how an initiative that's been around in various forms since 1981 suddenly got tied exclusively to Trump, even though the latest version was published in 2022? Project 2025 is actually the ninth edition of the "Mandate for Leadership" series, which has been around for decades. This means it was already in existence during Trump's first term, back when it was in its eighth iteration. The fact that it was used as a political weapon to stoke fear and target an opponent was pretty transparent. If someone couldn't see through the timing and the intent behind that sudden focus, it's hard to imagine what would have convinced them otherwise.
