I'm afraid that's my fault, @surfer.

Earlier in the year I was working on the new site rebuild (the one I've been working on for years), and one of the new features will be the option to filter categories in the Community Voice. In order to make it work, though, I needed topics to be categorized in the database. So I set it up so that new threads are automatically categorized if it contains certain words; eg, if it contains "Trump", "Biden", "Democrat", or "Republican" then it's categorized as "national politics".

Categories that aren't specific to the respective county would be available on all of the sites. The thought there is that a lot of the sites have a loot of traffic but few posts, so I'm trying to give them something to talk about.

I was PLANNING to make those filtering options live in February!

Then the Stoney Greene thing escalated, and that dominated my time.

Then the vet said that Katy (my Sheltie) was riddled with cancer and had a few weeks to live, so everything else dropped down in my list of priorities.

It turned out that the cancer was a misdiagnosis, though! With antibiotics and Prednisone most of her problems have gone away, so it turns out to have been chronic bronchitis instead

I'm still playing catch-up, but hopefully I can get back to coding pretty soon.

Seems the Go feller is experiencing a tiddle of organizational trouble ever since he ousted Stoney and such. Ain't nobody likes a tattle teller

Note from GoNC: a portion of this post was removed for trolling, and it was off topic.
