Are you referring to the anti immigration bill? This is a talking point for the democrats that republicans in the Senate had already said they were not voting for. Hardly call it a bi partisan bill when you have one Senator from Oklahoma who got censured by the state GOP a bipartisan bill. Did you read it? It would have automatically made citizens of the immigrants here. The cut off was 5000 which didn't applied to the president or the secretary of Homeland Security. So after the election, it would have went back to normal. If Trump won, he would still have had to let 5000 in. The numbers are currently down at the border because they are now flying them in. The border patrol was for anything after being screwed by this administration. The border patrol quickly stated they were not endorsing Biden after he stated otherwise in the debate.
