According to the repub's under a dem. administration when the market is bullish it has no effect on the economy. But when it's a bear market it's because the dem's are hurting the economy. Yet somehow, it's exactly the opposite under a repub. administration. Is there some law of economics of which I am unaware that governs this phenomenon?
