The reason Trump didn't testify was because the corrupt , obviously biased judge ruled that lawyers could ask him anything about anything they want covering Trump entire life.
It would never end. Besides, as of this moment there is no crime. They have spent week, and never told what the crime is.
And according to almost every lawyer in this country this case is a joke. They have many ways to say that in all their articles, and public statements
They want a guilty verdict even tho there are many levers of errors for appeal.

You've got it completely backwards. I couldn't care less what his party is, a criminal is a criminal.
You and your ilk, on the other hand, believe that he's innocent because of that (R). Rand Paul said it himself, Republicans shouldn't investigate crimes committed by other Republicans.

He's obviously guilty, whether he's convicted or not. It's indisputable that fraud was committed, the only question is whether they can prove that Trump knew about it.
That's the same problem they had with Russia's interference in the 2016 election... no one disputed that it happened and that their goal was to help Trump win, the only question was whether Trump knew about it.
So that's the big question... is Trump a criminal, or just incompetent?

Nice part is if Trump loses it is perfect grounds for appeal. Cohens whole testimony should be stricken from the record based on law. This case, judge, and DA are openly biased and disgraceful.

You have to really appreciate the logic given by the supporters.
They presented physical evidence proving Trump to be guilty, an audio recording with Trump talking about it, and several key witness testimonies.
In spite of all of that, they still believe that he's not guilty... even though none of them have even looked at the evidence.
No, somehow they've justified it that he's not guilty because they said so... and if he is guilty then it's the fault of the jurors and judge. Definitely not Trump's fault!
