I can't find updated data on this, but the BLS shows that groceries went up 6.3% in 2019-20, 6.6% in 2020-21, and 8.4% in 2021-22. What time period are you imagining?

This one doesn't make sense. So far in 2024 the rate is 3.0%. In 2023 the inflation rate was 3.4%, in 2022 it was 6.5%, 2021 was 7.0%, and 2020 was 1.4% (during COVID).
