Is true.

Is not implemented.

Californians will likely thirst to death.

Or burn up.

Or be unable to shower.

Or be able to pressure wash the poop from the stoop.

It's really bad.

So it's basically true from what I'm reading. If anyone cares to explain it further, appreciated. It should be a simple yes or no, true or false. Some go off the deep end without answering.
