So if you were arrested /charged with Felony-ASSAULT BY STRANGULATION and MISDEMEANOR CHILD ABUSE can you still volunteer and recruit others at Faithfest?
As far as I can tell, the only time someone wouldn't be able to volunteer would be if they are on the sex offender's list for a crime related to minors.
There's been some debate, though, on whether these restrictions can legally apply to churches.
