The chink in Trump's armor is his ego. He's going to choose a yes man over an astute strategist every time. Vance is just his cup of tea; someone that's willing to renounce his previous stance and do as he's told. Vance's "highly principled" stated views on Trump back in 2015 were based on the widely held view that Trump would lose the election. Vance is and was as lacking in morals and principals as is Trump, they make excellent soul mates!

Trump must have taken the Godfather's words to heart: "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer." But then he took over a Republican party full of turncoats and backstabbers, so he didn't have much of choice, that's about the modern day GOP consists of. I believe Trump should have chosen Haley.
I mostly agree. Statistically, it makes the most sense for the winner of the Primaries to choose the second runner up for their VP, unless there are major ideological differences.
And picking Haley would have eliminated the "I want to vote for a woman" vote.
Ohio isn't a swing state, either, so picking Vance didn't help him secure a tough state. If Kamala picks Josh Shapiro (Governor of Pennsylvania) as her VP, that would help her secure 20 electoral votes in a swing state! That would be huge.

Focus on the facts that matter. Like being lied to for almost four years about the fraud potus biden.
Focus on the biden crime family and the millions they took from china and ukraine and others while they were committing treason.
focus on t he lies about harris never being border czar when you have video of biden saying she is.
Yesterday on one of the dem controlled channels they actually said... 'we don't have to talk about the border'.
And several other things about harris they don't intend to talk about.

Not that it matters. Trump said things much, much worse and people loved him for it! I suspect that Trump and Vance could deep fry a kitten on live TV and eat it, and not lose a single vote...
