A man and a woman were arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting in Taylorsville on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Alexander County Sheriff's Office. At 2:40 p.m., deputies responded to reports of a drive-by shooting on Mallory Drive in Taylorsville.

Nobody was injured in the shooting, but deputies said the home was hit four times by gunfire.

Witnesses gave police a description and tag number for the vehicle.

Authorities used the information and were able to locate it and the possible suspects at a home on Owen Braswell Road in Taylorsville.
