Yes, the headline told me all I needed to know. When I saw the Democrat Propaganda media CBS, I knew it was leftist garbage. No need to go past the headline However, with the exception of Joe "the dictator" Biden, presidents usually recognize the 3 Branches of government under the Constitution. The Judicial of which he does not control, The Legislative, of which he does not control and The Executive Branch of which they all SHARE in the operation of government. This dictator needs to recognize that. With the exception of Marxist Democrats the purse strings are controlled by Congress.

mouse, I assume you meant to say Nixon. That's when my job went abroad along with millions of others. And the industries that took advantage of Tricky Dyckies largesse even got tax breaks. Nixon's plan wasn't to enhance international trade it was intended to do what it succeeded in doing, make cheap labor available to the big corporations.

Could the right tariffs make companies make stuff here in the USA again. Like before Bill Clinton. One of my sons is in retail sales in hickory. He said on average one in twenty things he sales is made in America.

Probably bad. My son is a buyer for an international company in Charlotte. He says his company just passes tariffs on to their customers. And of course they pass it on.
