I don't know what you're talking about, but I know that the governor of Texas was taking money from the federal government to house immigrants until they were sent to areas that requested them... but instead of using the money as intended, he was bussing them to Democratic cities.

Also known as... fraud and human trafficking.

It makes sense for them to be sent back to Texas and forcing him to do what he was paid to do.
