Our sources has been counting the fellers and resources and contract negotiators which is a match for Ashe and Wilkes also, looks like Vannoys is gonna build em a middle school also cause all the paperwork is did, younguns and ain't nothing reversed on it yet.

That's what I'm saying, dog gate... nothing. The contracts have already been signed, the commitments have already been made. It's a done deal, regardless of how the taxpayers feel about it.
$2,212,500 a year for the next 20 years.
Just imagine how much they could have done for the county with $2 million a year!

Someone else is as dumb as Greene and his buddies. You don't think anyone would pay $7 M for a 450,000 sq ft building and 50 acres of land in the best location in the county? How ridiculous.
Why is there talk now about the mistake of the dumb commissioners? Because they know they screwed up. Leaders in the county tried to tell them just do a study. But Greene for some reason, and I think you can guess, had his buddies vote against it.

We already messed that up, too. Casey Joe Johnson was one of the three votes for this, and not only did we vote him back in... he was the top vote getter! And now he's the Chairman. He's in until 2028, and by then everybody will have long forgotten.
Bill Sexton is up for reelection in 2026, I think.
