Thoughts on DEI

Really, Hobbs? I'm far from being a liberal. I believe in inclusion of those with disabilities. Some people that are on the Autism Spectrum have brilliant minds. You would amazed at the things they can do, but because of their diagnosis they aren't always given a chance. Those with actual Tourette's syndrome, not the ones who say oops my Tourette's kicked in as a joke, are being mocked daily for a condition that is out of their control. I know people with Downs' Syndrome l, that given the chance they could do more than given credit for. Those immigrants that are here legally deserve to be included and be treated equally. As for those that part of the furry generation they need a swift kick in the rear. I don't support the lifestyle of the LGTB community, but if we do not engage with them, they will not know the errors of their ways.

Let's take a look at DEI

1. Diversity, diversity works great in a toss salad but not so well with steak
2. Equity, Equity to make equality must cost someone that gives to someone that does not have
3. Inclusion, To have friends, one must show themselves friendly.

A fake black VP, a Supreme Court Justice who doesn't know what a woman is and Sam Brinton. Yeah sure seems to be working great.

DEI is a liberal mind f### meant to dumb down society even further and lay the path to a future resembling the movie Idiocracy

Diversity, equity, and inclusion... "frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability."

If you oppose DEI as a policy... not a law, just company policy... why?
