The federal government did not mandate any quarantining. Nor did the federal government force you to get the vaccine or participate in any "testing."

You can't even see that it is falling. Perhaps you're not old enough to remember how profoundly this country has changed, and not for the better. We have all been betrayed by both political parties and if that is not obvious as the sun in the sky then there's no hope for you. I'm still waiting to see the proof that the feds have any sort of power pertaining to public health in the US Constitution. Tick tock.

As expected, it's nothing like the OP describes. It's really just an agreement between countries to work together in case another COVID happens.
