The problem would be all the people like you and almost every other closet Democrat that is ashamed to say they are Democrats and call themselves Independent's. That would probably make if more fair.
That's nonsense. I've discussed several topics on here where I differ from the Democratic party. And even if I didn't, that would have no bearing on my suggestion of each party appointing an equal number of Justices.
The real issue comes in when you have some Conservative Republicans and some Nazi Republicans. Do you honestly think that an appointee like, say, Liz Cheney would represent your ideals?
Knowing that, it would make more sense for them to appoint 5 independents, 2 Democrats, 1 Conservative, and 1 Nazi...

I have tried to wake you up but all any of you want to do is argue about Democrats and Republicans. They have control of your minds. Y'all refuse to acknowledge that there is something WAY BIGGER at play here. This will hold you back , you need to break free from this system! Time is running out! You will have to go somewhere else to learn and heal. I have tried my best to inform you all what is really going on. Seems to be falling on deaf ears.

I don't generally support term limits at all.
When it comes to the Supreme Court, experience matters. I don't think that interpretation of the law should be subject to popular opinion of the day.
Since it's been mentioned, I also don't support term limits for Congress. If the people love their representative and want them to be in office for more terms, why should they not be able to vote for the person they want?

good idea also congress and the senate should have terms they can serve. i think for congress and the senate they should only be allowed to serve 2 four year terms like the presidents.
