Catch him if you can and get him to a shelter, before one of the local rubes shoot him or deliberately run over him.

Anyone missing a cat, or finding your cat out and about more than usual? Since the first of June we have had a large white cat with some light brown spots, male not neutered, visiting us in the evenings. Obviously not a feral, since he is comfortable coming in through the cat door and up the stairs to the food set out for our own cats.

Smart, and 3 attempts to trap have failed, but he does know this is not his space and runs when spotted. Our cats are not attacking him, just hissing and encouraging his departure when they spot him. He seems healthy, so we suspect he has a home or was recently abandoned.
