Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) revealed that thousands of duplicate absentee ballots contained "no barcode" on them after officials in Madison City said the duplicate ballots had the barcode.

In a post on X, Tiffany wrote that officials in the Madison Clerk's Office had stated that because the duplicate ballots had identical barcodes, they would not be allowed to be submitted. Tiffany's post came a day after he called for an "investigation" after Madison officials revealed that 2,215 duplicate ballots had been sent out to roughly 10 wards.

A multitude of people have reportedly been scrubbed from Oregon's voter rolls because they did not provide proof of U.S. citizenship when they registered to vote.

On Monday, the state's elections officials said they erased more than 1,200 people from the rolls due to the issue, the Associated Press (AP) reported on Tuesday.

A mother in Pittsburgh is furious after her 17-year-old daughter was pulled out of class and told to register to vote-without her consent.

Politico also regurgitated the completely fraudulent figure that there are 1.6 million UOCAVA voters from swing states in this year's election - a completely dishonest number.

In a big win today, the Georgia State Election Board passed Resolution 181-1-12-.12 by a 3-2 count. The resolution simply requires the hand counting of physical paper ballots at the precinct level to ensure it matches the total reported by the tabulators. This does not involve a hand-count tabulation of the vote totals but rather simply the total number of physical ballots cast at that particular precinct.

This is a welcome rule in Georgia after several issues arose during a municipal election in Tennessee in 2021. There is ample evidence that the same issues discovered in Tennessee may have plagued the Georgia 2020 General Election.

When Governor Tim Walz signed the Minnesota automatic voter registration bill into law in May 2023, most people assumed it would only allow eligible U.S. citizens to be automatically registered to vote. They were wrong.

U.S. citizenship is an eligibility requirement to vote in Minnesota, according to Article VII Section 1 of the State Constitution.

But now, with the new Minnesota drivers license application form, there are no questions, check boxes, or signed oaths regarding citizenship whatsoever, anywhere; only a paragraph, in the tiniest of print, at the very bottom of the form saying:

"If you provide documentation showing you are not a U.S. citizen at the time of application, no data will be sent to the Office of the Secretary of State."
