Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger Does Not Have to Testify in Upcoming Case Challenging Georgia Election Machines
On Tuesday, the almost 7-years long pending federal case challenging the use of election machines in the State of Georgia will begin. And one name will be notably absent from the witnesses called to testify: the chief election supervisor, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
True the Vote Defeats Stacey Abrams-Backed Voting Group's 'Lawfare' in 'Resounding Vindication'
Election integrity group True the Vote defeated a voting group backed by failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams on Tuesday, in what True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht called a "resounding vindication" against "lawfare."
A federal judge ruled that True the Vote's mass challenges of Georgia voters' eligibility does not amount to illegal voter intimidation.
Ken Block, whom the Trump campaign hired in 2020 to find voter fraud in the election, penned an op-ed Tuesday stating unequivocally that the 2020 presidential election was not stolen and that there was no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to change the outcome of the election.
"Can a steady diet of lies and innuendo overcome the truth?" the USA Today op-ed began. "In November 2020, former President Donald Trump asserted that voter fraud had altered the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. The day after the election, his campaign hired an expert in voter data to attempt to prove Trump's allegations and put him back in the White House."
New Evidence Suggests There Was Never Voting Machine Election Audit Performed in Georgia Following 2020 Election - Raffensperger Caught Again!
On November 17, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger made an announcement that an audit "using forensic techniques" was completed with "no sign of foul play" in the 2020 election. The statement previously appeared on the Secretary of State's webpage and is still available via the Wayback Machine here.
Investigative journalist Kevin Moncla of the Election Oversight Group, and another individual began to send Open Records Requests from the counties that were allegedly "audited" back in 2022. While Raffensperger's statement says there were six counties "audited," the Pro V&V memo only listed four: Floyd County (Rome, GA), Douglas County (Douglasville, GA), Paulding County (Dallas, GA), and Cobb County (Marietta, GA). The record requests asked for communications between the Secretary of State, the State Board of Elections, and Pro V&V, among other things. The results were surprising.
In late December 2020, President Trump made a call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger asking him to look at some of the items that were uncovered by his auditor.
There was plenty of evidence for a competent auditor or any man of integrity to know that the election was uncertifiable.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger's office secretly recorded the phone call with President Trump, then lied about its contents later when they leaked it to the far-left Washington Post.
Raffensperger's office ran to the Washington Post and leaked a fraudulent transcript of the call.
