National Democrats led by far left attorney Marc Elias are suing the state of Wisconsin to block absentee voter witness requirements. Elias and Democrats want to rid US elections of rules and procedures that prevent Democrats from cheating and stealing votes. This is their latest action.

Connecticut lawmakers voted on Tuesday to allocate $150,000 for a special election monitor for Bridgeport. The decision comes in the wake of a scandal that has rocked the state's largest city, where surveillance footage captured a woman inserting multiple pieces of paper into an absentee ballot drop box just one week before the mayoral primary election. Under the newly passed legislation, the special monitor will be responsible for conducting inspections and investigations for the upcoming 2023 municipal election and the 2024 state election in Bridgeport.

Courts upheld Benson's authority to mail absentee ballot applications to all registered voters. And late-arriving ballots weren't counted in 2020 after an appeals court reversed a lower court ruling. The GOP-led state Senate and House appealed the ruling after the Secretary of State's Office — the defendant in the lawsuit — opted not to.

Madison – Sen. Stroebel (R-Saukville) and Rep. Bodden (R-Stockbridge) introduced legislation today to have Wisconsin join 10 out of 31 other states that have voted to sever their contract with the highly questionable and ethically and legally challenged voter database organization, E.R.I.C. The Arizona democrat governor is the only elected public official to have vetoed the bill that would have terminated their contract with E.R.I.C.

Wisconsin Republicans introduced 15 articles of impeachment against Meagan Wolfe, the Administrator of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, citing allegations of maladministration in office and potential violations of election laws. The allegations include Wolfe promoting and encouraging illegal alterations of absentee ballot applications during the administration of the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin.

The governor of Pennsylvania has the right idea, just make sure all who are eligible to vote have access to the polls. The only way the Trumplicans can win is with suppression, intimidation, "legal" manipulation and ballot box stuffing. In every election they are way, way back in the popular count. What happened to "We the People?"
