I don't understand this settlement. 2 people died, right? One like a 4 year old. Article said driver was driving 65 mph on a curvy road where 35 mph is the safe speed. They sure did not value those 2 lives very much. That is a shame. Never head of that low amount before when they were charged for having unsafe equipment.

Since the Fatal accident with stone wheel trucking and 1.5 million dollar settlement his formerl insurance companies paid out it appears the move to put the business in someone else name is to be able to get liability insurance and continue to operate.

That is how it appears to me. I have a lot of experience in insurance claims and typically when a company's insurance pays out a claim that large they become uninsurable and other insurance companies won't insure/bond them. Without insurance a trucking company can't operate

I mistakenly referred to his trucking company as Stonehard instead of stone wheel. I got it mixed up with the one of the kennels he operated.

The 3rd seems to be a bigger than the first two wives combined. This young lady's father might need to intervene in this situation. Stoneys wife,step kids,friends, and fellow politicians have not figured out yet that he will cut your throat and dump you like pit bull that loses a fight, in the blink of a eye to save his own ***. He has zero integrity or morals, and it appears the current wife is the same. FYI, Stoney has been bragging that he is going to be chairman of the board again in December, but the two incoming commissioners have told him and the other members they will not vote for him, we know **** Sexton will vote for him, so what will Johnson do, be a leader or go back to being follower and a sheep.
