If I was him (which I am not) I would try to keep low and keep my mouth shut since he has the reputation he does. All he can accomplish by trying to stick his nose in county business is to have someone else reveal another scandal . Some people never learn

Elmore corrected the fool in the JP. Lowes asked $7M for the property. Greene's friend told me that the appraisal was for land only. So I don't know the truth.
But I know when Greene opens his mouth, he is lying. Ask his ex wives.
But it sounds like to me if the appraisal was for the whole property, the county and Greene himself was the crook here. Overcharging on an appraisal.

He better watch out. He might be getting another cease and desist letter from an attorney soon. Or maybe a defamation lawsuit. The little man has no money after losing that little paying job and having to pay for the ex wife's house. Plus all the bills that he refuses to pay like his rent. Why would anyone believe anything out of his lying mouth? Or maybe they could take his little business that he had to put in step daughter's name.

He does not own that place. In fact, why did he put his step daughter , the one that had him arrested, put down on his LLC as manager.? His name is not even listed. Exactly how can you do that? Is that illegal? Is she legally responsible now if there is another death because of his company?

The only thing that SG is pissed off about is that he thinks some of the others commissioners might be getting a cut of the pie(they could be), and he isn't able to get cut of the pie, that it, and its that simple. SG is all about himself and **** YOU. Always has been. He is used to being the bully, and now he got bullied out of office and can't handle what he has dished out. Calling out Mr. Stone and Cam Finley is a brave move, people with that amount of money and influence can you make you disappear if they so choose. Mr. Stone is responsible for Vannoy Constructions immense success when Lowes did the large cross country expansion and Vannoy Construction was awarded the contracts to build all of those stores, so who do you think that Vannoy Construction values more, Greene or Stone? It's a easy answer. Greene make a lot of big promises to people for when he got to the NC House that he can't deliver on now, and never will. Once again his big,arrogant and ignorant mouth is writing checks his *** can't cash. I see him creating a complete sh*t storm for the BOC for a time to come, because he is out for revenge plain and simple. He is too stupid to realize that he is defeated and now irrelevant.

I don't think he knows crap. He is so stupid to say that the only way taxes will be raised is if the county has anything to do with the Lowes building. A $70 M to $90M debt on additional buildings will not raise taxes? The jerk is a total . He does not think anyone knows that his buddy wants that building.
One question: what is better: 50 acres of land, 450,000 sq ft building , fully furnished, paved, fenced in, security gated, food center, outdoor seating for 250 people @ $17 a sq ft or
A building, land not included in price, 45,000 sq ft at $495 a sq ft . 1/10 the size of the first building. He was trying to help his friend and rip off taxpayers.
$17 vs $495. He is definitely stupid. And they say they need an additional building and remodel old one. $70M to $90M more. County could have sold the 3 existing buildings too.

I think he has plans of running his mouth to keep county from taking a part of building so his friend can buy the place at a lower price.
Just think of what he said. Your taxes will not go up with his $32M building he voted for, and it will not go up if they build another building that is the same size so at the same price or even more and then if they remodel the old building. That would be probably $20M more so probably all together $80M . But according to him, no new taxes will be needed. But again according to him, if they were to pay $7M for a building 10 x bigger than the one they are building, our taxes go up. Now that really makes so much sense, doesn't it? The guy has no financial experience, and no common sense.
The guy is absolutely stupid and talking about his large payroll he had to meet. Does anyone know of a business that he has had that did not fail? He does not pay his bills. He was arrested for assaulting a woman. He ran a dog fighting business, He was arrested in NJ. He has been married 3 times claiming to be a Christian.
He makes allegations against business people that donates millions to this county and they have brought companies into this county to provide jobs and added revenue to the town and county taxes. And what has he done?
He has caused disgrace and ridicule to this county. The public demonstrated that they do not want him representing them.
He is an absolute joke.

This guy has lost his mind. Talking about commissioners have never had to meet payrolls. Exactly what pay rolls has this guy had to do? Pay his wife and step daughter? He had a trucking company. Does he have thousands of drivers? No. Has he ever had a business that made it? No. What financial success has he had? None.
Voters, we have to do better than electing total s for commissioners. We are now stuck with a $32M debt.
