But he has a permanent restraining order. He is a criminal. The rumors were that his kids needed therapy so I guess seeing him beat their mother will do that. And I assume these are the same ones that he supposedly not supporting. Or does he have a bunch more out there?

Spitfire, Not sure where you got your law degree , but got ripped off. A wife/ partner does not have to press charges. Most of the time a woman will not as she is afraid. In several states the state takes control when they see domestic violence and they will press the charges and the victim has no say so. The article you are reading states the different charges that can relate to domestic violence and the person can be charged with. A person does not even have to hit you to be charged with domestic violence. I am very familiar with the law as I have over 30 years experience.

You will need to do your research with the Wilkes County Sheriffs dept also about 2 separate 911 calls(should be a record) to dispacth officers to 8840 Boone Trail, Purlear, NC 28665, where incident reports were made by his 2nd wife for physical abuse, one occurred on 3/15/14, and the other a couple of months before. One of the 911 calls were made by his 2nd wifes daughter, and the other by some neigbors because she ran to their house to get away from him. The incident reports will be public soon as they are a matter of public record.
This is actual proof now that it was not just hear say. Original poster could not post any incident reports because for some reason the officers did not file an incident report on these 911 calls. What FB is showing is a 911 transcript from the 911 call in Wilkes. . Real question now is why did the officers not file any incident reports concerning Stoney Greene? They are required to file an incident report for every call the go out too! It was the Good old boys system again in Wilkes County when came to the incident reports. .

We had not heard that he beat his wife in front of his children. We had not heard that the sheriff's department were called to their home by a neighbor overhearing a woman screaming In the woods. We had not heard on these reports that he entered his ex wife's home after their separation and took business checks. We had not heard that she has a permanent restraining order against him. We had not heard that he was having an affair during the marriage. We had not heard that the ex wife had black eyes that was seen by witnesses during the marriage. This is what is in these papers.

I would suggest any doubters or the very few people left that support Greene go to the Facebook page that calls for his resignation and read the new post that has legal documents that show his physical violence towards women also. If you support him after this information coming to the forefront then you are no better than he is. We the citizens of Wilkes have to do whatever is necessary to have him removed from the board of commissioners. He is not a good representative of Christian or Wilkes County values. Ran and elected on integrity, what a absolute joke. Greene is a complete loser of a human being and the poorest excuse of man(if he can even be called that) that there is. He learned well from his low life POS dad on how to treat women, this apple didn't fall far from the tree. There is only one word to describe Stoney, COWARD.
