Dog gate, that person did not speak because they were told about the coming motion/vote for SG to resign, so they didn't need to speak and were waiting to see how SG responded, and by them not speaking he has saved that information to expose SG at a later date when its best from a strategic standpoint to back SG further into the corner, if thats even possible at this point he is back so far in now. The defiance,arrogance, and his unwillingness to do the "right' thing for the Republican party and Wilkes county is only going to increase the pressure on him. If SG decides to stay for his remaining two years that he was elected to, then he needs to be prepared this pressure, and more, non stop for the next two years. SG needs to face the reality that his political career is over and that he has no support left from the Republican party, and with his "yes" vote on the animal fighting resolution he doesn't have support from his local animal fighting friends now, and plus the three recent large dog fighting busts that have put him in a suspicious light that he "could be" rolling over on his dog fighting associates has eroded a lot of support he has had from the low life humans in the dog fighting world, so his support base is minimal at best, and he knows it.

Thanks to those commissioners. I agree about Sexton. It is going to be a wait and see on him.
But Greene's disaster has already happened. He has cost Wilkes County millions of dollars. And the fool doesn't even care.
We will continue this fight until he steps down.

Bill Sexton was told how to vote last or commit political suicide. Sexton is still a SG sympathizer, don't let his vote fool you, he is/was a SG puppet and isn't smart enough to be anything different.

Foxnose, if one of SG's dogs was injured,backed in a corner,fighting for its life and losing, what would SG do to that dog? SG would kick and kill that dog while its down, but now he expects the exact opposite from everyone else towards him, typical narcissist and coward. I feel bad for his mom, but at the same time she has enabled SG and covered up a lot of his misdeeds and have created that monster. SG has no political capital left after last nights 4-1 vote which came down from the executive level of the state Republican party through the head of the Wilkes Republican party, Doug Cotton, directing that a motion be brought asking for his resignation. The 4-1 "no confidence" vote is public and now everyone knows. |

I have to give credit to the 2 commissioners that I did not think would do the right thing. Thank you both for letting him know that the public has no confidence in him and we do not want him in office. And thanks for the other 2 have always been on the right side for the county.
I think we need to do whatever it takes to get him out. If we have to get help from the state or whatever we have to do.
Anyone has has more evidence on him, please let it be known. We need to get this criminal out of office.
Let me be known that Wilkes County lives animals and we hate crooks.

This is a message to Greene's mother in answer to her post on Facebook.
I am a mom too.
But something is wrong when your child takes no responsibility when they are wrong.
Something is wrong with your child abuses animals and people.
Something is wrong when a child is arrogant and only cares about himself.
Something is wrong when a man does not have financial responsibility.
Something is wrong when a man is married 3 times and does not honor an oath to God.
Something is wrong when the Republican county leadership asks your son to resign and he doesn't.
Something is wrong when 4 commissioners vote for him to resign and he doesn't.
Where is that integrity that he claims he has? He is not wanted in this county government.
Something is definitely wrong!!

It is great that 4 voted against him. He is costing Wilkes. No one has any confidence in him. He is a disgrace. The Republican Party knows it. I have several friends that are no longer supporting anything in Wilkes. They are doing business out of town. Even business leaders are fed up with this and are no longer helping Wilkes. This will continue as long as he is in office.
