The story as I heard it was that his wife had left him and the woman he was having an affair with was moving in. They got in a fight, of course, then old Stoney went to where his wife was staying and the fight escalated.

He turned himself in at 10:10am, and posted bond and released at 10:25am.
From what I've read, it usually takes about 48 hours after the arrest to go before a magistrate who will set the amount of bail and other conditions for your release...
How did he get a bail set and posted within 15 minutes?
