If WXIi is coming to film the shame that is Wilkes County Government, can Stoney at least not wear a gay hat?

A little bird said WXII is on the way.

There is a old common law way to remove him I believe. However they can remove him from chairman and remove him from board appointments they have assigned him too.

IMHO, this will be very telling... any commissioner that does not support this should be expected to be supporting, if not directly involved in, the criminal organization.

Greene won't resign. He only cares about himself. He could care less how it makes his friends, family, fellow commissioners or Wilkes County look. It's all about him and what HE wants. A selfish evil person.

Nothing will happen, in regards to anyone showing up.

Tonight should be interesting. We will see if the public is allowed to speak there minds.

I think if he cared about the county he'd resign and save his fellow board members the embarrassment.

Keep it current and ongoing to keep it a visible topic, this doesn't need to get swept under the rug.

And it goes to show that you can never trust a politician. Never believe what they say. And for me, I will be looking on the internet to see if they have old Facebook posts concerning illegal activities and searching for old arrests.

I agree that the public will not be forgiving. Best thing he could do is resign. Give the county the chance to heal from this. No one will ever trust the commissioners again if he remains.

If he doesn't have the common decency to step down, he is among others with the same or less decency. They will cover for each other to the end. I do not expect to see any movement

People should email commissioners or attend meeting to show your support for him being forced to resign or taken off the board. His actions have been despicable and shameful to this county. How many counties have had a dog fighter serving of their commissioners? It is a crime.

What will the county do to get rid of this individual? He will never be trusted again.

There is a old common law way to remove him I believe. However they can remove him from chairman and remove him from board appointments they have assigned him too.

It all depends if the citizens care enough to press the other board members.
