But, I also think you miss the overarching point. He crusaded as the Christian values and Integrity champion. People believed that and now they realize he just lied. Therefore they won't stop until he's behind bars if possible.

I do not speak for everyone but from what I read I don't think the people of Wilkes will be happy until Greene is off the board of Commissioners.

Omg seriously? First of all there is nothing mentioned in the court records about SG so your ASSumptions at that juncture is nothing but an ASSumption bringing what the man does and doesn't pay is irrelevant at this point. Secondly he stepped down so there is a victory there but bringing Bill up and other commissioners is doing nothing but hurting those others that's not associated with SG and his dealings.
Justice has been served so why beat a dead horse 24/7 geez 🙄 wonderful GW

So since I don't know a lot about this situation, how do you know what he is being charged with? I didn't see that anywhere in the court info. Also, is this his first or second wife?

Thanks Jason, we can always count of you for the facts.
Looks like it might be for child support. What a guy! You think with all of this money made from dog fighting that he could support his kids. But articles concerning dog fighting always report that these individuals can be abusive to their families also.
Exactly how many times has he been married? Why? Exactly how does a man live In a home with a new wife that is owned by an ex wife that he owes money? Sounds like the TV show, Sister Wives.
I think the SBI needs to investigate him.

I was able to confirm that there is a "Rule to Show Cause" hearing as described by @sxswva:
Purdy sure the Go feller posted a letter from a young lady's lawyer telling SG to cease and desist also spreading her intimates amongst some judges and such. Go feller, can you bring thatun to the top here for younguns to peruse? Not the noodies, only the letter will suffice. This was originally posted in this thread on Feb 29, at 1:57pm.

I agree. Sexton is not qualified. He will stay with Greene.
People are very angry about this and they will cutting funding. The county is going to be hurting in my opinion.

SLEEPY Bill Sexton, is useless as a commissioner. I understand he is still defending Stoney. I think Johnson and Elmore probably would oust him at this point. I feel like Minton might. I feel like SLEEPY Bill would not go against Stoney and he will be a one term commissioner.
Honestly the only two worthy of commissioner right now are Elmore and Minton. Johnson has potential. He needs more experience and a good mentor. The best possible situation for the citizens of Wilkes would be for Stoney to resign....then have an agreed arrangement that Elmore would resign and be appointed to fill out Stoney's term until 2026. Then allow one of the two commissioner elects to fill out Elmore seat until end of this year then begin their elected term. I know that sounds complicated, but in would keep the most seasoned and reasonable commissioner on the board Elmore until 2026.
He would be a great mentor for the others. Minton also would be a great choice for this, but my pick would be Elmore because he has more experience with county government. He is not a push over and has been known to question things. He has even stood alone against the entire board.
The incoming commissioner elects have previous experience on other boards and positions, but they have much to learn when it comes to county government. They must have a mentor and Elmore is the best choice.
Well one better perfect situation would be for Stoney and SLEEPY Bill to resign, then Elmore Minton resign, then appointed to Greene and SLEEPY Bill's seats to serve them out to 2026. Appoint the two commissioner elects to Elmore Minton. We would have Johnson Elmore Minton Kennedy Randleman. The county would be in much better hands.

That was the lady judge with ADBA. I think all you have to do is google: ADBA and Stoney Greene and the whole thing comes up with attorney's letter and statement from ABDA about their investigation.
