Interesting development, the Wilkes Republican Party sent a letter to the Board and asked for Stoney to step down as it would be in the best interest of the county. Greg Minton moved for him to step down, Keith Elmore seconded the vote. The board voted 4 to 1 asking Stoney to resign (with Stoney being the dissenting vote).

He did not step down, of course, but this was a big vote.

Are they reaffirming the religious resolution tonight to run deflection?

So true. At one meeting, people were speaking about they could not get help from sheriffs department for people shooting guns off in their neighborhood and there were 2 deputies and sheriff at that meeting. I guess regular citizens cannot get help. Just the crooks. Sounds like Biden.

Two sheriffs deputies at the meeting. If your illegal activities are causing that much of a disruption to the business of Wilkes county, then you need to step aside, but Stoney is too stupid to do that. He runs businesses into the ground, can't manage personal finances, so why does anyone think this can help manage the counties finances? Because he is on the take under the table and laundering money through his feed business that he isn't making payments on and in jeopardy of losing. SG is a complete and disaster, definite black eye for Wilkes county.

There is a individual that has signed up to speak at tonights meeting that knows Stoneys dogfighting involvement very well, helped him deliver dogs for fighting and went to multiple dog fights with him, so this person is exposing themselves to crimes to expose Stoney. Stoney can't hide from this, and it just keeps getting worse for him, its time for him to man up and admit his faults and ask for forgiveness like any upstanding committed Christian, would do, because Christians are taught to forgive, but you have to admit your sins, Stoney only uses religion when it benefits and suits him unfortunately., but a typical politician.There have been three (3) large dog fighting busts in the last 2-3 weeks, is it coincidence that this happened after Stoney and his dog fighting endeavors were exposed, no way, Stoney has always been and always will be rat and roll on anyone when the pressure and spotlight shines on his dumb*ss, true coward. The people that are saying that he didn't beat and abuse women need to open your eyes read things better, plus two (2) 911 calls are about to be released publicly that were made while he was beating his 2nd wife and witnessed by her and his kids, real upstanding man, he learned very well from his life life POS dad how to treat women. Stoneys current is having medical issues but he is out bragging about his infidelities and all the women he is chasing. His first wife can't speak publicly to the emotional and physical abuse because she still lives on his mom's land, so she is trapped, but by her own greed and shortcomings, but at least she is genuinely concerned about her kids and cares for them, which is way more than anyone can say for Stoney. Stoney is telling people that he is going to Chairman of the board again in December, but the two incoming commissioners have already told him to his face that they will not vote for him, of course Sexton will, so that leaves Johnson, and hopefully he wouldn't vote against himself. Sexton says he doesn't think Stoney has done anything wrong, that should tell the citizens of Wilkes everything they need to know about him, he is one term commissioner because so far he has been as useful as a pile of steaming dog sh*t. Megan has so much more accurate and proven information to release about Stoney that its astounding, she hasn't even release 10% yet, so this just keeps going as long as he doesn't acknowledge his indiscretions,ask for forgiveness, and resign. To anyone that supports Stoney, you have revealed your values and morals, you are no better than he is. Everyone ask yourselves, is this really the person you want to publicly represent Wilkes county and have a say so on how your tax dollars are spent? Stoney is going to get a rude awakening at the All-Star race because the Nascar and SMI people have been well informed of all of this and are going to avoid him like the plague. Stoney was asked last year a week before the All-Star race, by a individual, how he like all the attention, his response,"I LOVE IT!!!", so how are you liking all the attention now? Arrogance and ignorance are a dangerous combination. The meeting today will be interesting.

I don't think Tyson takes 2 hours for the chicken to die. I have heard that animal rights groups made Tyson play music for chickens as they are being killed. And it is required to be very quick. Don't know if this is true but I was told this by a former employee.
