Christian religion is the problem, which one can give you Salvation if you follow THEIR Way to live?? Don't you know what Jesus taught?

I know that Jesus Himself said that the Sabbath doesn't matter.

I know that Jesus said that there are only two Commandments... love God, and love your neighbor. He didn't say anything about the Sabbath being important.

I know that you are exclusively focused on whether Sunday is the first day or last day on the calendar, which has nothing at all to do with religion.

Picker. Salvation depends on Jesus not what Christianity teaches. Jesus is the ONLY WAY to Eternal Life.
So you see it doesn't matter what Christianity teaches. It's got to do with TRUTH..

Do Christians worship in Spirit and TRUTH?
Yes or No

I say No If they worshiped in Spirit they wouldn't be Christian. You know why? Because to be in the Spirit is to be OBEDIENT to Jesus NOT man.

mhj..... does not thy Bible tell you to witness and help bring people to Christ? Your constant harping on Pagans, Catholics and days of the week turns people away. You are almost as bad as commercials in the middle of a good movie. You seem to want everybody to look at mjh as some type of biblical scholar. Go start yourself a blog (call in 10 min Thursdays or something real catchy like that) OR a single thread on here instead of 50 all over the spectrum. The Bible is a very fallible book after being written by man (inspired or not) and translated by people just like you and Constantine want it to say to fit your narrative.

And the Christian say The FIRST DAY of the week is the Sabbath Day.

False.

Americans say that, regardless of their religion. Only about 63% of the US is Christian... or if you prefer, 33% are Protestant, 22% Catholic, and 13% other.

As I pointed out, and apparently surfer pointed out awhile back, there are 160 other countries that recognize Sunday as the last day of the week. This includes Mexico, Germany, France, UK, Australia, New Zealand... all predominately Christian.

It's not Christianity that bothers you, it's the United States.

John 15
New Living Translation
Jesus, the True Vine
15 "I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn't produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. 3 You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. 4 Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.

5 "Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. 6 Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. 7 But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! 8 When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.

9 "I have loved you even as the Father has loved me. Remain in my love. 10 When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father's commandments and remain in his love

John 14
New Living Translation
Jesus, the Way to the Father
14 "Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. 2 There is more than enough room in my Father's home.[a] If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?[b] 3 When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. 4 And you know the way to where I am going."

5 "No, we don't know, Lord," Thomas said. "We have no idea where you are going, so how can we know the way?"

6 Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. 7 If you had really known me, you would know who my Father is.[c] From now on, you do know him and have seen him!

I am a Christian & Monday is the 1st day of the week. I suppose you worked somewhere at some point in life and Monday is usually the 1st day of a pay period. If you really wish to serve a purpose to your God you would find some way other than constant moaning about a day of the week

Being that Constantine close the government on Sunday to appease the Catholic Church Monday is the beginning of a work week for them

If you spent as much time reading the Bible as y'all do trying to destroy the truth, Y'ALL would not be so ignorant of Jesus.

----;
43 Why can't you understand what I am saying? It's because you can't even hear me! 44 For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45 So when I tell the truth, you just naturally don't believe me! 46 Which of you can truthfully accuse me of sin? And since I am telling you the truth, why don't you believe me? 47 Anyone who belongs to God listens gladly to the words of God. But you don't listen because you don't belong to God."

Names for Saturday in Many Languages Prove Which Day Is the True Sabbat

Such widespread use of forms of the word Sabbath for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, is clear evidence that speakers of these languages understood which day is the Sabbath.
Which day of the week is the biblical Sabbath? Many are confused over the issue, but such confusion is unnecessary. Not only is the answer plain from history and the Bible, it is also clear from the names for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, in many languages.

For example, the Spanish word for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, is sabado-the same word for "Sabbath." In fact, in more than 100 ancient and modern languages the seventh day of the week was named "Sabbath" or its equivalent. Following is a list of names for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, in 24 languages in which the root word Sabbath is still easily recognizable.

Such widespread use of forms of the word Sabbath for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, is clear evidence that speakers of these languages understood which day is the Sabbath.

Likewise, the fact that in no language do we see "Sabbath" similarly linked with Sunday, the first day of the week, is an obvious confirmation that this day never was considered the biblical Sabbath until later religious leaders tried to substitute Sunday for the true Sabbath day.

25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time

God gave us 6 days to work and one day of Rest it's can't be changed by man.

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

17 These things I command you, that ye love one another.

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

22 If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.

23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.

24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
