I defer to the definition given by the CDC on the link I gave earlier...
Would you require people to constantly get boosters and new vaccines? Obviously. Antibodies for viruses go away after a period of time, and viruses regularly mutate. A vaccine against a virus today might be completely irrelevant in 6 months, so boosters would have to be a requirement.
Some younguns thinks the vax is what is causing all them deaths, theesy. There's absolutely no evidence of that, though, it's just more Russian propaganda.
And since people eat up that propaganda like candy, that's why it would have to be a legal requirement and not voluntary... gullibility doesn't stop someone from spreading it.

If you are going out in public, then yes.
People with the flu are most contagious during the first 3-4 days of infection, but they can spread the virus to others before they show symptoms. And it can be contagious for up to 7 days after symptoms resolve.
So you might not THINK you've been exposed and could be feeling perfectly fine, but could still have the flu and be spreading it around.
Are we in a Pandemic now? I'm not talking about just COVID, I'm also including the flu. Which, as I've shown before, kills about 27,000 Americans each year.
If you have the flu but don't know it so you don't wear a mask, then you give the flu to someone else that dies from it... would you agree that, had you worn that mask, then that person would have been much less likely to die? Or at the very least, they would have been less likely to catch the flu from you that would have led to their death?
