Half of you all did NOT read my post correctly. My neighbor from NY said HE HAD TO LEAVE due to the destruction of local politics. No one said anything about retirement and he still works here. If these retirees wanted to move out of that situation, they would have years ago. Many people make their living in a city then move out into the rural areas around retirement age. It's happened since the beginning of this country.

I have talked to my neighbor many times. He is from New York. He states how the politicians tuned the city to crap and he had to get out. He puts up a Democrat sign in yard every election tho. That's the crux of the problem. You can't bring there here without here becoming there as the saying goes.
