Burglary is down -7.6%, and larceny... which includes retail theft... is down -4.4%.

Theft is not really up. The price of beer and cigarettes are up . You can't carry but so much beer and cigarettes at a time. Therefore you must make 2 trips to the store, so it just looks like they are stealing more. Right Anti
