5 minuted into Trump's speech, a loud noises, possible gun shots, are heard. Trump quickly raises his hand to his ear and falls to the ground. Secret Service quickly cover him up and raise him to his feet. As they quickly rush him to his limo, apparent blood can be seen on his head.
