He did too have a cold.
The antihistamines have him a raspy voice. The missed sleep deprived him of cognitive clarity.
It was a Russian Cold too. Really bad.

With a written speech, teleprompter or earpiece Biden can be convincing enough to fool a few people. But when left to answer questions on his own, live, very few can still not see the obvious. I think even Anti has come to realize Biden is not in good physical or mental condition.
