I really wish you people would do your research instead of listening to people that do not know what they are talking about. Trump set the border law to expire in March after the election and Biden took office. This was planned in case he lost the election so he could blame others for the mess. Biden tried to reinstate the law before expiring, but republicans would not vote to reinstate it per Trump's wishes. Biden has been trying to deal with the border, but republicans would not pass anything he put on the table because Trump wants the blame to be put on Biden and as usual Trumps misleading ways are working. So if you want to blame the border problem on the right people it's republicans. Go to fact checkers and find out the facts (real truth) not lies that Trump feeds you.

Since there is no border crisis, everything is under control, why change it? Democrats have no shame, they can lie out of both sides of their mouth

The point is... the US isn't as safe as some of you imagine. In fact, on the Global Peace Index, the US is ranked #131... Mexico is only slightly worse at #136. In fact, North Carolina is more dangerous than Nigeria! And Louisiana is more dangerous than Afghanistan, which is the most dangerous nation in the world!

Nigeria and Afghanistan doesn't have Joe Biden for a president

Interesting to know that the United States doesn't disclose how many kidnappings we have each year...

I've read that there are about 200,000 cases a year in the US, but those are mostly parental kidnapping and not the stereotypical kidnapping for ransom. I don't know if the stats in the link above include parental kidnapping or not.

I've also read that there are about 300 ransom cases each year, but I can't confirm it.

The problem we have is that human trafficking often targets undocumented Hispanics, knowing that they are not likely to report it to the police... and if they did, the police wouldn't care. So there are potentially thousands of kidnappings that are just not reported. We know about 16,554 cases of human trafficking a year, though.

I'm watching a new TV show called 'Hostage'. It's about an American and his Mexican friend who were kidnapped in Mexico while on a fishing trip. Kidnapped and held hostage for money. This will be America in a few years thanks to your president, Joe Biden.

Former acting ICE director Tom Homan joins 'Fox News Live' to weigh in on an alarming new report that terrorist concerns at the southern border are at an all-time high. Thanks, Joe!

Actually Biden first ended the remain in Mexico then reinstated for a while after he saw it was a good idea. Some states sued the administration to keep it in place but the Supreme Court sided with Biden saying he could end it if he wanted to

The Supreme Court on Thursday handed the Biden administration a major victory, giving it the green light to end one of the Trump administration's signature immigration programs: the controversial "remain in Mexico" policy, which requires asylum seekers to stay in Mexico while they wait for a hearing in U.S. immigration court.

And it didnt really "end," the judge just did not reinstate it.

That is one of several other policies....and remain in mexico lasted til 2022 due to court cases.

If you want to play that game.

Sen John Kennedy says Biden is polling right up there with fungal infections and has to appear to care about the border.

Actually the Remain in Mexico was introduced in 2018 and implemented in January 2019. It was ended by Joe Biden in February of 2021

Just like when Trump finally implemented his border policies in 2020?

You're quite a ****.

Looks like Joe has become WOKE, but the alarm is the panic from losing 2024. More lies and photo ops will only stir the sheep

"While the border is shut down, asylum seekers apprehended after crossing into the U.S. will be immediately deported to either Mexico or their country of origin. U.S. immigration officials will not process their asylum claims."

Is this "remain in mexico?"
