Acumen could use a room mate

Have you looked at Carolina Realty or Ward and Ward about the rental properties? I am sure they are $$ but maybe they would have some leads. I knew someone else who looked at Windmere and Glenn Hill apartments over by the college. They do rent on a sliding scale, I think.

I am a 74 year old female that I am looking for a small house/ mobile home to rent. I have a small dog and a house cat that can be with me. Circumstances have been building up in the last few months that is beginning to hurt me and I just want some peace and quiet. I'm on ss so My income is very limited I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. I'm too old for this life I'm trying to live. I don't smoke or drink so any recommendations would be appreciated. God Bless
