Have any of you actually read the reasoning for the SCOTUS decision?
Should a trial judge be charged with wrongful death if an inmate he sentenced to death is executed then exonerated after the fact?
Or should judges have some immunity for official acts?
Should a president who orders a bomb dropped that misses the target and kills innocent civilians be charged with murder?
The Supreme Court is trying to quell some of the political targeting that has been going on since Trump left office.
I'm sure a clever Republican DA in a red state could come up with something to charge Biden with after he leaves office, maybe one in Texas for the mess he let the border get in? Remember he said" surge to the border ."
This political retribution needs to stop. It became obvious that is what is going on when Clinton and Biden were not charged with mishandling classified material and Trump was.
The liberal justices are fear mongering, don't fall it .....I'm sure they hate Trump as much as RGB admitted she did.

Jesus Christ what a ignorant post He can't add more judges to the court he can only appoint judges to empty seats only congress can expand the court and that isn't happening. Your comment about russians also show that you have no idea what your are talking about,.

You might like to check the fact that Obama targeted Americans citizens overseas and had them killed in a drone attack. His administration admitted this.

SCOTUS Just handed Sleepy Joe a gift, but I doubt that he has the moxy to take advantage of it. Right now, he could make an assassination attempt on Trump. If it succeeds, he will rid the USA of putrid gangrenous cancer. If it fails, he will be immune from prosecution.
