So it's OK for the men to vote as they wish and if it keeps peace in the relationship, tell a white lie about how they voted.

But I have to question relationships where one member insists on how the other should vote.

Your vote is your vote and you do not need to tell anyone how you voted.

Some men dictate how thier wives should vote. This can lead to discourse in the marriage if the wife chooses not to vote the same as the husband. Sometimes violent altercation ocur. There is an ad out there telling wives that it's ok to lie about joe you vote. Fox News has taken exception to this ad.
