No, in a court of law a defendant is innocent until guilt is proven. Innonse is not the same as not guilty.
For whatever reason, the DOJ decided not to go forward with charge against Gaest with his behavior with a 17 year old. That does not mean it didn't happen or nothing done was illegal.
Gaetz behavior on the House floor shows he never grew up. He went around showing other members of congress his conquests of very young adults. Gaetz is 42.

It is going to be a long 4 years for people like Anti, Shoulda, and Jimmy. The only relief will be the loss of propaganda media falling like dominos. Have you seen the ratings lately?
