Regardless of Foxy's obvious race baiting, the facts have always shown that crime is directly proportionate to poverty.
These cities are almost always in Republican states. Which is to be expected... the GOP has always wanted to eliminate the middle class, focusing instead on increasing the poverty class and upper class. Their fiscal policies do nothing to help these people move upward... the whole point is to keep them in poverty.
And high crime is also necessary for politicians on both sides of the aisle, thanks to privately owned prisons... more people in prison means more money in their pockets.

False.
He was charged with attempted murder, battery against a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
The jury found him not guilty of attempted murder, though, and was unable to reach a verdict on other serious charges. They only found him guilty of negligent discharge of a firearm.
