Just another GOP rumor. While it's true that Kamala pulled about $2 million in ad buys, they fail to explain that she already had $2.3 million reserved in NC for this week.

The polls show that Trump and Kamala are essentially tied in NC, making us a toss up swing state. Even Fox News says that Trump is barely leading the state at 50% to 49%...
