My boy got hit by a Mexican with no DL driving a commercial vehicle the NC State Trooper just gave him a ticket and then got an attitude with me when I said I wanted to press charges and have him arrested
Press charges for what?
Being Mexican doesn't mean that he was undocumented. And since it was a commercial vehicle, I think that the owner of the company would be responsible for hiring a driver without a license.
As far as I can tell, there's no precedent of someone being arrested for driving without a license in NC. But knowingly allowing an unlicensed driver to operate your vehicle could lead to 20 days in jail, so again, the business owner would be the one to blame...

They can't be deported and if they are Biden will fly them back in the next week
