I think there's a clinical term for DumbBell's ailment it's something similar to OCD. It references a mental disorder that causes the sufferer to repeat the same stupid words or actions continually. One of his symptoms is constantly counting chickens, then there's POOT and CUCKOO. it seems like we've got one sick puppy here, I should feel bad for laughing at him, Nah!
