I like to have what I own in my possession because anything in the digital system can be stolen at the drop of a hat, including our bank accounts because of the Dodd Frank law of 2010 that states the depositor is an unsecured creditor and the bank can steal our deposits to save itself. The FDIC has but a fraction of the currency to cover us all.

Patriot, I own a bit of gold myself, but I don't think $2700 oz gold is a good sign for the nation.

Even though Trump won, he will not be in charge of the currency. The central banks, asset managers, and banking dynasty families still retain control and will still attempt to screw us all by digitizing every asset we own and stealing them.

On election day it dropped from a high of $39.72 down to $33.94 at closing. I imagined that was because everyone thought Trump would lose. It exploded the next day as expected, but still only made it to $44.32. I thought it would keep going up, but today... crash!
I guess we're already back to the volatile stock market...

That one's challenging. I learned a long time ago when helping with substance abuse patients that you really can't give a drug addict anything. You might think you're helping them by giving them food and clothes, but all that really does is let them use any money they do find to buy drugs instead.
You have to let them hit rock bottom, then choose whether to live or die. Giving them food and clothes, even if your heart is in the right place, does more harm than good.
I donate regularly to Samaritan's Kitchen, though. I don't donate to big charities that only use the money to line their own pockets, I'll stick with the small, local ones where you can see the good that they do.
What about you, what do you do to help the less fortunate?

I'll be real happy if it gets back to $50 by election day, but if it stays at about +10% a day then it could hit $69! That would turn my $9,998.73 investment into $18,561...

i got my 300 dollars in a bank, thats my nest egg and it safe unlessi need some hamburger for walmart, candy for holloween, chicken for my dinner, and the healthy whooper and fries for late nite snack. thinkns ill watch a good gay movie broke back mountain, dont just love to see two grown men kiss

I don't know if that's true, but you still have to go through the effort to find a buyer and sell them... and I'm guessing you have to work to maintain them in the meanwhile, too.
DJT hit $36.24 today but then started to dip a little. I don't know if it'll close high or low by 4, but I'll be patient and hodl until election day...

Those foolish enough to gamble in the stock market riggery better find you a water tower or maybe a cell tower to jump from to kill yourself when the planned 1929 style implosion takes place and you're flat broke. I'm holding a beautiful gold bar in my hands right now that can never be debased and reduced to no value like fiat money can. Don't be stupid.
