I'm open to anything center of Wilkes. I'm hoping to buy land to have my equipment on in the next year.

I suspect your lawyer is right. It would only make sense not to be able to destroy someone else's road or property with heavy equipment. If you will post the area of the country you are interested in parking your equipment I am sure you will be able to find something and not cost you an arm and leg

According to my lawyer you can't run business over someone else's driveway. So I have to find somewhere.

I would read your deed and see what it says about ROW I don't believe you can't move your equipment to your land across the right of way.

Make sure the place you park your equipment at is fenced in and razor wire on top.

I ran into that on a shared driveway where neighbor owned land. He complained about my 5th wheel camper ruining drive. I store mine up 421 near Wykes. It's on other side of county from me but reasonable price.

I'm looking for place to store my business equipment in Wilkes. I don't own the road I live on I cross over other properties to get to my land and my attorney has informed me I can't drive my heavy equipment across the right of way. I have dump truck and trailers I need a place to park and employees to park.
