I live in Ashe county but got called to jury duty in watauga county. I called the clerk of court and asked her how they got my name for jury duty in watauga county and they said voter rolls I said that's kind of funny because I've been registered to vote in Ashe county for over 10 years. She told me not to worry about jury duty and hung up

No one should register as anything. Having one's party affiliation on record negates the purpose of the secret ballot. Voter registration should be for the establishment of eligibility to vote only. If the sheep wish to broadcast the fact that they have a herd complex let them use some other means.

I think cleaning them up is fine, but there are folks out there opposed to it. Party doesnt really matter, but youre too small minded to know any better.
