Hillbilly, it makes it so that people who were not born in the US, regardless of if they have become naturalized citizens, cannot vote. It takes people's rights away, which is the design.

This is a necessary proactive initiative to prevent local or state elections from the possibility of contamination.

Why is this amendment needed?
