The first caravan of illegals arrived when Trump was in office after he had let the world know how porous our border was. Our border had been porous for many decades, but his making it known to all and sundry was akin to an open invitation. He never built the wall and Mexico never paid for it; we did! God knows where the money went but I'm sure us lowly mortals can make a good guess. It was a self (Trump) fulfilling prophecy, it's all he had to run on fear and hate.
