If Biden had a brain cell left then he would end the Nazi prosecution of Trump, pardon Hunter and then ride off into the sunset. Let's face it, Hunter would not have been prosecuted if his last name wasn't Biden.

Umm, that was Trump's attorney that made that argument to a SCOTUS judge...
Former President Trump's legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive's broad immunity to criminal prosecution.
Liberals might be repeating it in parody, but it was Trump's defense in court.
Do you agree, then, that the correct statement would have been, "how low can Trump go?"

After reading more of the decision, Justice Thomas seems to agree with other justices who say the executive branch or its agencies cannot create a special councils off without congressional consent. So much executive power is being questioned by this court. They are taking the Nazis to pound town baby. If the German courts had done this then we wouldn't have had WW2.
